November 2011 Sawn cut ROSTFREI-STAHL enlarges its product range by sawn cut. The new plate saw is most suitable to produce individual flat lengths or blocks with clean square edges.
April 2011 Laser cuttings Due to the increasing demand our capacity has now been expanded by a further 6 kW Laser (TRUMPF) and therewith the max. dimension of 6000 x 2500 x 30 mm.
January 2010: Laser cuttings We are delighted to announce the arrival of our new laser machine. This new 7 kW Laser (Trumpf) works on a bed of max. 6000 x 2000 x 30mm. Laser cutting puts no stress on the component and provides a high quality cut, with the ability to produce apertures and intricate pieces with clean square edges to a very high degree of accuracy. As such there is little or no need for further machining.
Dezember 2008:
Precision levelling Our new precision leveller enables us to deliver flat plate. Max. dimensions 4000 x 2000 x 35 mm are possible – depending on Grade – Length – Width and thickness. We are in the position to offer 1 mm flatness / metre.
