Laser cuttings

We are delighted to announce the arrival of our new laser machine. This new 7 KW Laser (Trumpf) works on a bed of max. 6000 x 2000 x 30mm.

Laser cutting puts no stress on the component and provides a high quality cut, with the ability to produce apertures and intricate pieces with clean square edges to a very high degree of accuracy. As such there is little or no need for further machining.

Dezember 2008:

Precision levelling

Our new precision leveller enables us to deliver flat plate. Max. dimensions 4000 x 2000 x 35 mm are possible – depending on Grade – Length – Width and thickness. We are in the position to offer 1 mm flatness / metre.
